Booking and Cancellation Policy

By making a booking for any of my offerings, you confirm you have read and understood the following. 

Booking

You can book your spot to any of my offerings through my website or directly via e-mail at om@amirazaghdoudi.com. 

The spot is reserved for you only after the payment has been made. 

With online events, once the payment has been made, you will receive the welcome letter with Zoom link to join at least 2 hours before each session. 

Cancellation & Refunds

All my offerings are non-refundable.

If you have booked a spot in a group online offering but are not able to join, let me know 2 hours before and I’ll make sure you receive the recording afterwards. 

You can also always give your spot to someone, in this case too I’m asking you to note me 2 hours in advance so I can provide you with a new invitation letter with your friends name on it. 

In 1-1 offerings some policy applies, but in the case of sickness the session can be rescheduled if you let me know 12 hours in advance. 

If the session gets cancelled from my end, it will be fully refunded either in the payment method you chose to use or as a voucher to use for my future offerings.
